Senior Administrator
Senior Administrator


  • Provides strong administrative support to the CEO/COO and as needed across the entire organization.
  • Under limited supervision and on own initiative provides administrative duties that include, but are not limited to:  presentation material research, preparation and execution; management and board meeting preparation; composition and execution of confidential written communications; maintenance of confidential files; co-ordination and minute transcription; management of special projects in a timely manner; corporate level customer and employee event planning; meeting and catering arrangements, etc.
  • Co-ordinates all business travel arrangements.
  • Provides reception backup.
  • Highly capable of multi-tasking in a busy, demanding work environment and possesses strong prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment exhibiting proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Provides excellent computer support:   MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet research skills.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels across the organization and builds strong professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
  • Participates in activities that contribute to Continuous Improvement and 5S disciplines.
  • Any other reasonable request made by management.
  • Strong capabilities in creating correspondence from recorded messages (fair amount of typing, either correspondence or reports. 


  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent work-related experience
  • Minimum 5 years work-related office experience in an or manufacturing environment
  • Sound background in business administrative practices
  • Sound understanding of the automotive industry and its practices
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to build and maintain relationships
  • Effective use of problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Practices the strictest confidentiality
  • Exhibits professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.
